Spire Orthopedic Partners named Leigh Herzog as COO, according to a Jan. 13 news release.
Ms. Herzog previously was COO of Inception Fertility where she partnered with physician leaders to build senior operating teams, standardize models and execute growth plans. She has more than a decade of experience leading healthcare organizations.
“Leigh is a highly accomplished healthcare operator who understands how to scale complex organizations while maintaining strong alignment with physicians and patients,” Chris Fusco, CEO of Spire, said in the release. “She brings the right combination of financial rigor, operational discipline, and leadership presence that will be essential to Spire in its next phase of growth.”
