Brian Donley, MD, executive vice president and COO of New York City-based NewYork-Presbyterian, will succeed President and CEO Steven Corwin, MD, the hospital announced Oct. 23.
Dr. Donley, an orthopedic surgeon, joined NewYork-Presbyterian in 2023 as an executive vice president and COO. Previously he held various roles at Cleveland Clinic including vice chair of orthopedics, CEO of Cleveland Clinic London and senior executive.
Dr. Corwin is stepping down from the top leadership role after a 14-year tenure, effective Jan. 22, 2026.
