5 orthopedic practice affiliations, mergers to know

Here are five recent orthopedic affiliations, mergers, partnerships and more to know, as reported by Becker’s since June 5:

  1. Oxford (Miss.) Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine joined Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center.
  2. Novant Health added Performance Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine in Cary, N.C., to its network. 
  3. Four independent orthopaedic groups in Washington — Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists in Spokane, Olympia Orthopaedic Associates , Proliance Surgeons and Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery, both in Seattle — formed the Washington Orthopaedic Value Network.
  4. Spokane, Wash.-based Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists joined PELTO Health Partners.
  5. Bristol, Tenn.-based Appalachian Orthopedics and Bristol, Tenn.-based Highlands Neurosurgery partnered and joined Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tenn.
