International product sales declined 3.6 percent in the fourth quarter. American sports medicine sales decreased by 3.4 percent, offsetting the 1.3 percent increase in sports medicine sales worldwide. For the full year, ArthroCare reported total revenue of $345.9 million, a decrease from the $355.4 million reported in 2010. American sports medicine sales also decreased for the full year report.
Spine product sales also declined last year.
