The company reported $23 million in quarterly revenue with net sales of $18 million, a 65 percent increase over the same quarter in 2011. The company’s core regenerative business sales increased 96 percent over the second quarter of 2011 while its spine product line grew by 154 percent to $5 million. Total orthopedic products grew by 148 percent to $11.9 million.
Last year, Stryker acquired Orthovita, Kensey Nash’s strategic partner, which drove the growth in spine sales for the second quarter.
