ClearPoint Neuro Q2 revenue rises 18%

ClearPoint Neuro, a medical device and therapy company, reported $10.9 million in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, up 18% year over year.

Neurosurgery navigation and therapy revenue increased 62% to $5.6 million from $3.4 million, while biologics and drug delivery revenue declined 15%, according to an Aug. 3 news release from the company. Capital equipment and software revenue increased 24% to $1.3 million from $1 million.

The company reported a net loss of $11.3 million for the quarter, compared with a $5.8 million net loss during the same period in 2025. Operating expenses increased 51% to $17 million from $11.2 million.

ClearPoint Neuro said it expects its 2026 revenue to be between $48 million and $52 million.
