In his new position, Dr. Murphy will design and implement new strategies for isolation and application of autologous stem cells for spine, orthopedics and cardiovascular therapies, according to the release. He previously served as senior researcher at Methodist Hospital Research Institute in Houston.
During his career, Dr. Murphy has published articles in several peer-review journals.
