St. Peter’s Health adds orthopedic robot

Helena, Mont.-based St. Peter’s Health has added a Velys robot for hip and knee replacements, according to a Feb. 4 report from NBC affiliate KTVH.

Kerry Hale, MD, and Jeff Dickson, DO, orthopedic surgeons with the practice, will perform procedures with the robot. 

The team has been using computer-guided hip replacements for a few years but added the new robot to level up patient care.
