ProLift Micro supports a wide range of procedures including endoscopic, minimally invasive and open spine surgery, according to a news release. The device expands in situ to restore disc height and patient alignment.
“The endoscopic approach of ProLift Micro allows for direct visualization at the annulus level,” Anthony Hall, MD, said in the release. “Placement of an interbody is facilitated and secured by the ability to look directly at the cage and achieve optimal positioning with minimal entry for the patient.”
In 2023, Life Spine plans to launch a fully endoscopic spine procedure using ProLift Micro and an in-house mixed reality vision system.
At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
