SureMAX-SA is a 3D-printed titanium device and the third system in the SureMAX cervical spacer portfolio, according to a July 5 news release. Dr. Bedi, of Sun City, Ariz.-based Banner Boswell Medical Center, said the system simplified his workflow.
Dr. Jankowski, of Newport Beach, Calif.-based Hoag Hospital, lauded the device’s materials and instrumentation.
“The device endplates have a unique surface finish that will help facilitate the bone-implant interface,” Dr. Jankowski said in the release. “The large lateral window will allow me to visualize and follow the healing process. Instrumentation is extremely well thought out and one of the best I have seen, making the procedure go very smoothly.”
