Exactech launches new implant for joint replacement system

Gainesville, Fla.-based medical device company Exactech has fully launched its Truliant Total Knee System featuring a new porous-coated implant.

The new implant offers a non-cemented implant option for surgeons to enhance bonding. The implant’s design offers stability and resistance to micromotion, according to an Aug. 12 press release.

In addition to the Truliant total knee system, which debuted in May 2017, the porous knee implant also integrates with the ExactechGPS TKA Pro application.
