Mr. Haris worked at Medtronic for more than 20 years, according to an April 27 news release. Most recently, he led global marketing for the company’s brain modulation business. He also held positions across several of Medtronic’s business segments and sales positions.
NeuroOne focuses on minimally invasive and high-definition technology for neurological disorders. In 2020, Zimmer Biomet paid NeuroOne $2 million for the rights to distribute electrodes used in brain surgeries related to epilepsy treatment.
