The 30,000-square-foot facility, which will be Dr. Dube’s fifth location, broke ground Oct. 28.
The first floor will house his physical therapy practice, with the second floor including 12 patient rooms, X-ray, ultrasound and casting services.
The third floor was bought by a plastic surgeon and a vascular surgeon. The fourth floor has not secured a tenant.
Dr. Dube, a regenerative medicine and joint replacement specialist, formed Dube Orthopedics and Physical Therapy in Nashville, Tenn., in 2003. His surgical specialties are knees, shoulders and carpal tunnel.
The new facility is set to open in November 2021.
