Spinal Elements launches IPO

Spinal Elements Holdings launched its initial public offering Oct. 8, seeking to sell 7.7 million shares of common stock.

The company is offering the shares between $13 and $15 per share. Spinal Elements expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,155,000 of common stock at the IPO price.

The company will be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol “SPEL.”

Entities affiliated with the company’s largest shareholder plan to purchase around 6 million shares of common stock in a private placement.
