Mr. Crouse has more than 14 years of finance and accounting experience, which he will use to oversee Aurora Spine’s market and financial growth.
Since August, he has served as the company’s accounting manager, where he streamlined accounting procedures and managed the year-end audit.
Mr. Crouse succeeds Jana Kiena, who resigned July 1.
