Four notes:
1. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The transaction will be finalized upon completion of closing conditions.
2. Flower Orthopedics develops sterile-packaged foot and ankle implants, allografts and diabetic wound care products for orthopedic surgeons and podiatrists.
3. In December, Conventus acquired all assets of Surgical Frontiers’ IntraFuse, expanding into the lower extremity orthopedics market.
4. On the heels of its latest deal, Conventus plans to continue pursuing technologies clinically relevant to hospitals, ASCs and surgeons.
