OMNIBotics total knee system hits 25K global implants

Orthopedic device company Corin USA recently surpassed 25,000 implants with its OMNIBotics system for total knee replacement.

Three things to know:

1. Of the 25,000 procedures, 5,000 were performed with Corin’s robotic ligament balancing technology, BalanceBot.

2. BalanceBot was designed to plan implant positioning with predictive balance tools.

3. The system balances knee joints by calculating feedback from soft tissue and ligaments throughout the range of motion.
