Medscape surveyed 15,181 physicians across 29-plus specialties from June 25 to Sept. 19 last year.
Three findings:
1. Fifty-eight percent of orthopedic specialists reported being happy outside of work.
2. Fifty-nine percent of orthopedic surgeons reported having a happy marriage.
3. Orthopedics was not among the top five specialties for baby boomers, millennials or Generation X.
