Meet the new president of Orthofix’s global spine business: Kevin Kenny

Orthofix Medical named Kevin Kenny, formerly Medtronic Spine and Biologics’ vice president of U.S. sales, its new president of global spine Dec. 5.

What you should know:

1. Mr. Kenny will be responsible for leading the global spine implants, motion preservation, bone growth therapies and biologics businesses.

2. At Medtronic, Mr. Kenny oversaw 1,500 direct and nondirect sales personnel over a nine-year period.

3. Mr. Kenny most recently served as COO at Cardiovascular Systems, where he developed and commercialized new products worldwide.

4. He also held positions at Bausch and Lomb and B.Braun/McGaw.
