Spinal Elements earns spot in San Diego’s best workplaces for 2019

Spinal Elements was recognized as a Top Workplace for 2019 by The San Diego Union Tribune and its partner Energage on Nov. 17.

Four things to know:

1. More than 2,000 companies with 50 employees or more were invited to participate in the scientific employee survey process.

2. The companies were evaluated for their leadership, alignment, connection and effectiveness.

3. A record 126 employers agreed to take the survey with more than 17,000 employees submitting the survey’s questionnaire.

4. Spinal Elements launched its Katana lateral access system in September, which aims to improve outcomes by decreasing the incidence of approach-related postoperative complications.
