Ozop Surgical lands exclusive licensing deal for Spinal Resources implants

Ozop Surgical agreed to an exclusive licensing deal for implants developed by Spinal Resources.

Four things to know:

1. Ozop will purchase all remaining inventory of Spinal Resources implants and instruments and use the company as a distributor. The company will have access to Spinal Resources’ network of distributors and hospital contracts.

2. The deal enables Ozop to recognize immediate revenues for the sale of Spinal Resources products.

3. Ozop aims to hit a $2 million annual run rate of high margin sales within the first 90 days.

4. The agreement enables Ozop to sell Spinal Resources’ Swedge pedicle screw system and the company will also gain access to its full portfolio including 3D-printed, PEEK and carbon fiber technologies.
