Here are five things to know:
1. EOS imaging’s board of directors unanimously appointed Mr. Lobinsky, who joined the orthopedic medical imaging company in August 2017 as president of North America.
2. A subsequent shareholder general meeting will consider Mr. Lobinsky’s nomination to the position of EOS imaging director.
3. Mr. Lobinsky has more than 20 years of medical technology industry experience. He has held leadership positions at Smith & Nephew, Brainlab, Blue Belt Technologies and Stryker.
4. Marie Meynadier will continue as EOS imaging CEO until Dec. 31. She will remain on the board of directors.
5. Valérie Worrall joined EOS imaging as CFO. Ms. Worrall has more than 20 years of experience and previously served as CFO of medical device company Balt.
