Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Josiah Orina of OHSU

Josiah Orina, MD, is a neurosurgeon at Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University.

Dr. Orina serves as an assistant neurosurgery professor at OHSU School of Medicine in Portland. He received his medical degree from Atlanta-based Emory University School of Medicine and underwent complex orthopedic spine surgery fellowship training at UC San Francisco.

Dr. Orina is a member of the American Medical Association, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and AOSpine North America, among other professional organizations. His research has been published in several peer-reviewed scientific journals.
