Dr. Shellock received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. She underwent spine surgery fellowship training at the Texas Back Institute.
Dr. Shellock has presented her research across the globe. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Florida Orthopedic Society and North American Spine Society.
