Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Paul Vessa of Somerset Orthopedic Associates

Paul Vessa, MD, is a spine surgeon at Somerset Orthopedic Associates in Bedminster, N.J.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Vessa is an assistant professor at Newark-based New Jersey Medical School and a clinical instructor at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville, N.J.

 

Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Vessa is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also a member of the North American Spine Society, International Spinal Injection Society and New Jersey Spine Society.

 

After earning his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, Dr. Vessa completed his residency at Newark-based University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Vessa is also a fellowship trained from St. Mary’s Spine Center in San Francisco.
