In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Sybert is a clinical professor at Athens-based Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and a clinical assistant professor at Ohio State University in Columbus.
Dr. Sybert serves on the editorial board of The Spine Journal and is The Orthopedic Foundation’s acting chairman. He holds various patents related to spinal devices and was appointed to the Ohio University Foundation board of trustees.
After earning his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Sybert completed his residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus. He is also fellowship trained from the Cleveland Spine and Arthritis Center.
