Dr. Ashraf earned his medical degree at Boston-based Tufts University, where he also earned a MBA. He completed an internship at New York City-based New York Presbyterian Hospital and a residency and fellowship at Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas Medical Center.
He is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in spine surgery.
Dr. Ashraf has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. He is interested in cervical and lumbar spinal surgery.
He is an assistant clinical professor at New York City-based Mount Sinai Hospital.
