Dr. Junick’s interests include total and unicompartmental knee replacement, total hip replacement, hip fracture care and knee and shoulder arthroscopy.
Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Junick is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and New Mexico Medical Society.
After earning his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque, Dr. Junick completed his residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Junick completed fellowship training at the Albuquerque-based New Mexico Center for Joint Replacement Surgery.
