3. Mr. D’Adamio has nearly 30 years of experience with diagnostics, healthcare data and clinical service.
4. Previously, Mr. D’Adamio served as general counsel and secretary at Siemens Medical Solutions, a designer of medical imaging, laboratory diagnostics and healthcare information technology.
