Yale Spine Center surgeon expands her practice: 4 takeaways

Debra Petrucci, MD, of Yale New Haven (Conn.) Hospital Spine Center is opening a new office in Stamford, Conn., according to the Digital Journal.

2. Dr. Petrucci is an associate professor in neurosurgery at the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn., and an active physician for Greenwich (Conn.) Hospital.

 

3. She is the first woman to complete neurosurgical residency training at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital.

 

4. Previously, Dr. Petrucci served as chief of neurosurgery at White Plains (N.Y.) Hospital.
