Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Billings specializes in hand and upper extremities. Dr. Billings is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic surgeons and a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Dr. Billings is a master training specialist for the U.S. Navy and was awarded the U.S. Navy Achievement Medal. In addition, she has also received the Musculoskeletal Infection Society Jeanette Wilkins award.
After earning her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Dr. Billings completed her residency at Loma Linda (Calif.) University Medical Center. Dr. Billings is also fellowship trained from Los Angels County Medical Center.
