Dr. Allen is American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery certified and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Dr. Allen went on to complete his residency at The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, N.M., and later his fellowship at Brisbane Private Hospital in Australia.
