Midlands Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery welcomes Dr. Brad Aspey — 4 notes

Brad Aspey, MD, has joined Columbia, S.C.-based Midlands Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery, according to The State.

Here are four things to know:  

 

1. Dr. Aspey previously served as attending surgeon at Santa Monica-based University of California Medical Center.

 

2. He specializes in sports medicine and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery.

 

3. Dr. Aspey underwent sports medicine fellowship training under James Andrews, MD, at the Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, Fla.  

 

4. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the American Medical Association.
