Zimmer Launches Consulting Programs for Orthopedic Practices & Hospital Service Lines

Zimmer has introduced two new consulting service programs designed to help physicians and hospitals address emerging challenges in orthopedic care delivery, according to a company news release.

The program is offered through the company’s subsidiary, Accelero Health Partners and is designed to help orthopedic practices increase market share awareness, boost efficiency and profitability. The program is also focused on patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The Practice Advantage program is designed to differentiate a physician’s practice through several channels, including market visibility. Accelero has developed programs to incorporate digital, marketing and social media components into spreading awareness of the practice. The program also includes support in evaluating and implementing potential technology upgrades, including electronic medical records and practice management software.

The Hospital Advantage program is focused on hospital orthopedic service lines, providing tips for volume growth and increased profitability. The program is also designed to assess and enhance the orthopedic patient’s experience.
