1. Mr. Goossens suffered the injury during a March 4 game
2. The surgery will take place at Chicago-based Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush on Friday, March 10.
3. Dr. Lee will repair an osteochondral defect of the talus and deloid ligament sprain in Mr. Goossens’ right ankle.
4. Rehabilitation is expected to take Mr. Goossens between five and six months.
5. Dr. Lee serves as the Chicago White Sox’s and Chicago Bulls’ foot and ankle consultant.
