Spine Wave plans to implement a full launch of its Velocity P Expandable Interbody Device in mid-November.

1. The Velocity P Expandable Interbody Device includes a low profile, which provides for less nerve root retraction and bone resection.

 

2. The device’s load-bearing core is made of PEEK and the device is surrounded by a titanium shell.

 

3. The incremental expansion allows surgeons to restore disc height and fit the implant specifically to the patient.

 

4. Spine Wave has been active in the expandable spacer field since 2008.

 

5. Surgeons have implanted more than 50,000 Spine Wave expandable devices.
