The funding was led by TEXO Ventures and original investors PTV Sciences and Gatebridge Investments. The KineGraph is used for analyzing spinal motion and is designed to be used in conjunction with standard fluoroscopy. The technology captures video images of the spine in motion while patients are guided through a series of flexion, extension and side-bending movements.

The image recognition software tracks the intervertebral movements and produces information about the movement at each level of the spine. Spine surgeons and researchers can use this data to assess spinal pain.
