3. Dr. Kirkham’s clinical interests include sports and spine medicine, work injuries, impairment ratings, electromyography and nerve conduction studies, spine injections and ultrasound-guided injections.
4. Dr. Kirkham earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
