Here are three things to know:
1. Between 2005 and 2008, cost-per-case grew 3.5 percent.
2. From 2008 to 2010, cost-per-case grew by 3.7 percent.
3. Between 2010 and 2012, cost-per-case grew by 2.2 percent only.
