Mid-Tennessee Bone and Joint celebrates 40 years of service: 5 things to know

Columbia-based Mid-Tennessee Bone and Joint is celebrating 40 years of musculoskeletal care, according to a Columbia Daily Herald report.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. The practice was opened by Eslick E. Daniel, MD, and Kenneth L. Moore in 1975.

 

2. Today, the practice includes nine board-certified orthopedic physicians and three physician assistants.

 

3. The main office in Columbia currently encompasses 40,000 square feet and employs approximately 60 staff members. The practice also has locations in Hohenwald, Pulaski and Lewisburg in Tennessee.

 

4. The practice offers the full spectrum of orthopedic services, including the treatment of fractures, degenerative diseases as well as total joint replacements, spinal surgery and sports medicine.

 

5. The practice also offers MRI services, physical therapy and outpatient procedures in a surgery center.
