Here are five things to know:
1. Jeanne Forneris will be the new vice president of strategy and general counsel.
2. She has been part of the executive team since 2012 and currently serves as vice president of business development and general counsel.
3. Bioventus wants to become the global leader in orthobiologics; Ms. Forneris is tasked with helping lead the company there.
4. She will continue to be in charge of all ethics and compliance functions at the company.
5. Ms. Forneris will continue to report to CEO Tony Bihl.
