Dr. Einhorn is currently the chairman of orthopedic surgery at Boston University and serves as a professor of orthopedic surgery, biochemistry and biomedical engineering at the university. He has a professional interest in repair and regeneration of bone and cartilage using autologous adult stem cells, reconstruction surgery of the hip and knee and metabolic bone disease treatment.
During his appointment, Dr. Einhorn will work to advance orthopedic stem cell technologies as well as assist in developing NeoStem’s VSEL Technology applications for orthopedic disease.
