Mr. Ziegler has served as a full-time independent advisor to the Audit Committee of the company’s board of directors. He has also held a wide range of CFO and consulting roles, including serving as interim CFO of Exopack Holding.
Orthofix and its board of directors are conducting an executive search to identify a permanent CFO.
