Procured Health Receives $4M in Series A Financing to Further Medical Device Price Transparency

Procured Health, a small start-up aimed at bringing transparency to medical device pricing, has received $4 million in Series A funding from healthcare-focused firm FCA Venture Partners, according to a Venture Beat report.

The company is developing subscription-based software for hospitals and healthcare facilities to help them make more informed purchasing decisions. Using Procured Health’s system, administrators will be able to pull up various products and compare quality and pricing. Physicians will also be able to leave detailed comments and recommendations on the system, according to the report.
