The change will be effective Aug. 1, 2013 and Mr. Atre will be responsible for leading the global Symmetry Surgical business based in Nashville, Tenn. He has previous experience as general manager for Zimmer’s Trabecular Metal Technologies business and experience with new product and market development. He also spent time as vice president global supply chain and operations at DJO Global’s Aircast Division.
