A jury ruled that Globus infringed on three J&J patents for spinal implants for the ALIF system, Coalition ACDF and InterContinental Plate-Spacer. The $16 million in damages was factored based on a 15 percent royalty rate for approximately $107 million in Globus sales from the devices.
