Samsung Electronics America Acquires NeuroLogica

Samsung Electronics America in Ridgefield Park, N.J., a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, announced its acquisition of NeuroLogica, a Danvers, Mass.-based computed tomography company.

NeuroLogica develops medical imaging products, such as its portable CT scanners — BodyTom and CereTom. The acquisition is an important step in the expansion of Samsung’s medical imaging business.
