Soft Tissue Regeneration Receives Market Approval for Rotator Cuff Repair Device

Orthopedic device company Soft Tissue Regeneration has received FDA clearance to market a device for rotator cuff repair.

The device, the STR GRAFT, is a biodegradable scaffold for soft tissue augmentation. It was developed by the company’s founder, Cato Laurencin, MD.

The thinner, stronger design of the STR GRAFT is designed to lessen patient pain, speed up recovery times and reduce surgical failure rates.
