Spinal Tech

BONESUPPORT and Orthocell entered into an agreement to develop a suite of products for the bone repair market.

The agreement facilitates a partnership to co-develop bone repair products using the eluting bone remodeling capabilities of CERAMENT, an injectable synthetic bone substitute, and the collagen properties of Celgro. They plan on incorporating Celgro into CERAMENT to create a novel bone repair product.

"We are pleased to partner with Orthocell to advance bone healing," said Lloyd Diamond, CEO of BONESUPPORT.  "We believe combining the important collagen properties of Orthocell's Celgro and the proven remodelling and eluting capabilities of CERAMENT will enable us to develop novel regenerative technologies and treatments to further bone regeneration."
