Mr. Paulsen most recently served as COO for MPS Group, a privately held environmental services and facility management firm. Prior to that, he held executive roles at Stryker Corp. and held management roles at Ford Motor Company, McDonnell Douglas Corp. and TriMas Corp., according to the release.
Mr. Paulsen is a graduate of Michigan State University in Ann Arbor, Mich., and holds an MBA from The Ohio State University in Columbus.
